Here’s a quick potted history.
Spotting a gap in the market for truly fresh produce, the FN story started with one van, one man and a lot of enthusiasm six years ago. With a family background covering 35 years in the catering industry, Franco began operations in and around the London markets. After seven to eight months he moved into his first unit and bought one fridge. As success quickly came he grew the business, took on staff and invested in a larger fridge. Further success saw further expansion into the three or four units either side of the original one plus additional staff before, in January 2011, moving into a brand new warehouse with over 8000 sq ft, state-of-the-art systems and the latest specification fridges.
